People

We are a small group of multi-disciplinary creatives with extensive experience in advertising, design, technology and film. We pool our skills and work together to make bespoke projects that are original, unexpected, and bring something positive to the world.

Joseph Ernst - Artist / Filmmaker / Creative Director

Joseph trained as an architect before moving into advertising, working at various creative agencies in London, Amsterdam, Shanghai and New York. He is a prolific doer and maker, specialising in doing and making as a creative director, filmmaker, artist and publisher. He splits his time between London and Lisbon.

Isabel Lucena - Graphic Designer

Isabel studied Graphic Design at Lisbon's Institute of Visual Arts and Vienna's University of Applied Arts, in the Conceptual Art Department, and has a Masters in Communication and Design from the Sandberg Institute at the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. She lives in Lisbon where she teaches Graphic Design and Corporate Identity at ETIC School of Technology, Creativity and Innovation.

Jan van Bruggen - Programmer

Jan is a master programmer, specializing in full stack web and software development for creative projects. He lives in The Netherlands with his two cats.

Richard Gorodecky - Writer / Filmmaker

Richard honed his writing skills at Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam, before founding the branded content agency Amsterdam Worldwide which he ran for eight years. He has won tons of awards and has featured in numerous books and publications. Over the last few years, he has moved into Filmmaking, directing several award winning short films. Richard splits his time between Amsterdam and Ireland.
